When we began to talk about building a house several people told us horror stories of the stress related to making decisions and dealing with contractors. One statement that we heard the most was, "Get a contractor that does quality work and one you can trust." We attended several open houses and also had the opportunity to look at houses that Don Wise Construction had built.

We selected Don Wise Construction as our contractor. We had a set of house plans, but wanted to make a few modifications. Plus, we had several questions and we wanted to hear any suggestions they had.

One of the most important rooms to Anita was the kitchen. Don suggested that we consider having a kitchen designer look at the plans and offer recommendations. We thought that was a great idea. She suggested a few minor changes and we made them. The finished cabinets and design are fantastic.

The project was not stressful as we were led to believe it would be. It was a very fulfilling experience. To Don Wise and all the folks at Don Wise Construction we say thank you.

I would recommended Don Wise to anyone needing a new house built. Don was a great man to work with. He was reliable, honest, and approachable with everything that we needed. When he said he would do it, he got it done for us with no fuss. He always understood what we wanted for our first built home and would recommend, but not push us about what else to be done or not done. We lived just a short distance away, so we could change on the progress of our house anytime. If we had any questions or concerns, Don would answer them and make sure we were happy with whatever WE decided.
